The only three studies I am aware of demonstrate that vaccination prevents infection. If it prevents infection, it also prevents transmission. There are no contrary studies (showing for example that it ONLY prevents the severe consequences of infection).

But you are correct that precautions such as masking and social distancing are independent of the protection from vaccination.
