33. The scariest ones on the show aren't most of the commanders

who maybe believe in the religious stuff to an extent, but mostly use it as a means to maintain power.

The scary ones are the True Believers like Aunt Lydia who genuinely believe that all the horrific things they do are actually helping their victims.
