28. My arm was definitely sore last time near the site for about 72 hours

It didn't hurt if I did nothing with it but raising arm or applying pressure def. hurt a bit. Like a 2-3 on the pain scale.

This time I think the doctor was a bit better at giving shots, AND I came home and iced it for about 30 mins. Figure it can't hurt.

I felt fine after 1st one, no symptoms but the arm. We'll see what happens tho.

I have some work I really have to get done this weekend is why I'm stressing a bit.
