Not even close. Even in the United States, rural communities often do not have any broadband access. Perhaps you have it, and that's good enough for you. I don't know, but you are vastly incorrect.

And, since you are wrong about this statement, and obviously so, why should anyone pay attention to your opinions about the topic?
