This is not NCIS or Matolck for the older crowd. It’s not done in a one hour episode. This is part of building an evidence based foundation. You do that be getting people on record under oath. Some in public and some in private via the grand jury process. They you compare stories and bring charges. The former guy may never be charged in this and that sucks, we have heard Michael Cohen say he operates as a mob boss, but take enough of the people down around him off their participation in the insurrection and you neuter him.

There are other more direct shitty things he was involved in. Hopefully once people see the emperor has no clothes, they will shine the light on those.
