28. "So why isn't he already in jail?"

I don't know but if he is charged with a federal crime he might have already written a pardon
that covered himself. I don't know if D.C. crimes are like state crimes and not covered by a
Presidential pardon for the 1/6/21 riot/coup. Trump I think is on the line for millions in civil
penalties for the attack on the US Capitol.

BTW if you like the summary feel free to use it and pass it on because the one weapon that the
right still has and uses very effectively is disinformation.
