BREAKING: Active-duty Marine Major Christopher Warnagiris, based at Quantico, was arrested in Virginia for assaulting federal officers at the Capitol.

Officials believe this is the first Jan. 6 case against an active duty service member, but a number of guardsmen/reservists have been arrested, as have about 40 veterans.
