1. There are past venues still waiting for compensation for the clean-up, the security, the insurance for his rallies.
2. Trump is not going to start paying a security or deposit to new venues.
3. Trump is no longer President; therefore there is reduced fear/apprehension of retribution if his requests for venues are declined.
4. Trump's base may love him, but he's old news. Even if they believe he's a President-in-Exile, it's not the same as having all that power behind him right now. He's just a stiff like the rest of them.
