I'd be tempted to add, "I can already see that you have a bad case of stupid."

Or

"I bet there are a couple of venereal diseases you can share."

Probably not advisable to say anything. The loonies are out in force. Also, avoid eye contact. You don't want to traumatize yourself staring into soulless eyes.
