(29,897 posts)92. If there are problems in the region it is because of European Countries & the US
Monarchs like the House of Saud were backed by the British from the beginning the US allied with them during WW2 and every President since because of OIL. In fact most there in the region had a favorable impression of the US prior to that because they didn't meddle there like the British and other European countries.
