46. I'm confused by your question.

It's clear the House wants to see a Jan 6th Commission. Presumably, Dems in the Senate want to see one.

It seems to me to be easier to ask the AG to form it. Do you feel like they would oppose the AG to take the lead?

ETA: I just think it's going to be predictably a shit show like all of our hearings are. I cringe at the thought of the Jan. 6th commission to be treated that way by the QOP sitting on that committee.
