I live out here in farm country, in Central Texas. I saw this happen here the last two summers in a row. This year was much better, as we are only a couple of inches low for so far this year. Losing your livelyhood that you have worked all year for is just heartbreaking. Saw that happen to more than a few of my neighbors.
