Quick question: With the exceptions of Ireland, which could pull it off because any woman who needed an abortion could just take the ferry to England, or West Germany, which could pull it off because any woman who needed an abortion could just take the train to any of the countries surrounding it that allowed the practice, has any nation that WASN'T a dictatorship banned abortion?
