she wanted to press charges. That evidence is enough to get a restraining order.

If you're a DC lawyer, school me on how there's no law on the books for either. Make sure you provide sources.

Once she gets a restraining order, it's on MTG to break it or not. AOC is then covered to press charges and a warrant issued.

We can go on about this all day. We'll see what happens.
