I'm confused by what you meant that slow walking these arrests are good for the agents making the arrests, (paraphrasing)

Don't mean to be dense, but I started out in the 60's too. you know that image of the white haired old lady holding a sign on Woman's Day March in 2017. said "I can't believe I still have to do this shit" ?

well, she speaks for me.
