11. I'm union

Most of the unions fought for safety issues, including PPE. They are backing the vaccine as a safety issue.

Once it has full approval I don't see many unions taking up the antivaxxer fight unless it's religious or medical exemption. Even with those exemptions you can be moved from one area or position to another if not being vaccinated puts the member, their coworkers or customers/clients/patients at risk.

I've had late night calls from members, asking I'll be their steward if they refuse. I've already said once there is full approval they don't have a fight,nor should they. We've lost enough patients in the past year to covid. There is no reason to refuse and possibly contract and spread.
