Elastic waist. No fly, because he doesn't unzip to pee. That's why he wears a Depend diaper.

Probably no pockets, because he doesn't carry a wallet or car keys, either. Fancy pajamas, really.

He no longer has any respect for his appearance, so he doesn't wear normal business clothes any longer. He just steps into his Pull-Ups while sitting on the bed, stands up and pulls them up. Or, someone helps him into them. I'm not sure which it is.
