4. Who's gonna believe they are "independent"?

This is the madness that Trump has wrought. I'll never forget a friend of mind saying the morning Trump was elected - "don't worry. we survived Bush, we will survive Trump". Well clearly some of us did Not survive Trump. I'm not so sure the system is surviving Trump. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I don't know how to post a link to the article but the Washington Post reported yesterday that the Inspector General released a report saying the tear gassing of Lafayette Square on June 1 was part of a plan made days earlier to build a fence around the park to protect officers, not to facilitate the visit minutes later by Trump to the church for his photo op.

Just be prepared for this kind of bullshit.
