These are decent self-respecting people with a devoted loyalty to the best of America & the World.
They are what we waited for as we endured every trying day from Jan 2017 thru Jan 20, 2021 when we could all began the process of de-tramatization.
Every day forward is met with one more step away from those traumatic days & the distance becomes farther in the rearview mirror.
Its ok to enjoy the fact that we walked thru authoritarian hell together as a nation & made it out the other side.

Now, having experienced both Authoritarian govt & Democracy, I am convinced which one I am grateful for today.
