After claiming victory in AZ and GA, he would only need Wisconsin to claim an electoral victory over Joe Biden and to claim the election was "illegitimate". All he really needs is AZ and GA to make that claim. He could create enough chaos in Wisconsin to throw the entire election into question, even today.
