You get the highest high and feel great (having the Presidency and every news station taking about you, with Fox letting you call in for hours at a time), then your high wears off and you hit that lowest low. For those out of more of the good stuff, they can’t get even.

Trump is out of his drug of choice. He is dwindling because of it; wallowing in a low he is trapped in.
