Before that election the seat was held by a Republican, David Jolly, who was also one of Trumps greatest enemies.

That battle left Republicans with a completely unqualified candidate with a huge gun fetish as their primary winner(Luna).

We aren’t going to have a Crist this time. Luna will probably make it out of their primary. It’s a bit frightening but our area seems to really be swayed by centrism, overall. We are a swing county. My fear is going with a lesser known Democrat(all Democrats in this state are lesser known than Crist). It’s about getting out the vote which Crist was able to do.
