As I stated upthread, I know real estate investors here in Texas who cannot wait until the eviction moratorium ends so they can buy up the homes people are evicted from. Once that happens, the economy is going to tank. Small business? They better worry because there isnt going to be anyone able to buy anything that isnt an absolute essential. So they fail. Ripple after ripple after ripple.
All already in progress in Texas and it wont stop here once it succeeds.
