75. We know that cases will surge among the unvaccinated so the real metrics are

hospitalizations and deaths. Those metrics are indeed ticking up again in the UK, but not surging to emergency levels. That's all due to their botching of the vaccine rollout.

To me the gold standard is Israel. They've almost completely vaccinated their population, and they've only had 6 deaths in the last 30 days. Zero deaths in the last 7 days.

Until there's strong evidence that the mutations can breakthrough the fully vaccinated, I will go about my life as I did before the pandemic. I do not have the luxury of giving any more of my time over to covid.
