5. I'm still waiting to see what Garland's DOJ will do as Republican legislatures continue suppressing

votes in state after state. Garland recently vowed to double the number of DOJ civil rights attorneys to fight Republican efforts to suppress votes. Hopefully, something will happen before the 2022 elections.
