If Repubs regain the House, Biden's remaining agenda is DOA. If Repubs regain the Senate, Biden's judicial nominees are DOA. The gerrymandering provision certainly helps prevent losing the House. The early and mail voting along with the registration changes help prevent losing the House and the Senate.
