18. Mom Is Way Better

She recovered from a kidney transplant even better than hoped.
She's back living in her own house. But, should something come up, he's no longer 900 miles away.
He worked for one of the manufacturing sites and did that kind of work.
From my corporate (an outsider) view, he was good at getting corrective/preventive actions to stick. But, this new joint is going through the motions so they conform to the ISO standards. That's about the extent of their interest.
