about the LE that 'yielded' (while fellow officers were putting their lives on the line). And perhaps, in some incidents, abetted? Were there communications and orders involved in these decisions/actions? And was there subsequent review, discipline, consequence?

I really want to know if certain people still have jobs with the Capital police. And why?
