44. Yes! "Rising star" pols who self destruct after becoming famous,

at least locally, are fairly common. In politics, special talents for self aggrandizement and desire for attention will take people way beyond their level of competence.

But what then? What if they don't have what it takes to stay and do the job? Dysfunctional behaviors that got missed when scrutiny was less are right out there when they become famous. Look at Newt Gingrich, Sarah Palin, Tulsi Gabbard. So many others who shoot themselves in the head. Matt Gaetz. The outstanding horrible mistake who's tragically taking forever to self destruct because his dysfunctional voters already had, Donald Trump.
