The whole thing is such a theatrical drama that it really doesn't matter what they return or when they return it. We can rest assured that they will have uncovered "massive voter fraud" but without presenting any verifiable evidence to support their finding. The process of uncovering the fraud will be so secret and you will just need to take their word for it.

It the count doesn't work out like they want, they can always audit the audit. Like my old football coach said, "We will keep running that play until we get it right."
