44. Everyone has to wear a mask on a COMMERCIAL flight.

That rule does not apply to a private chartered flight.

On commercial flight, you're cooped up in that tube with a bunch of strangers whose vaccine status you know nothing about. This is a group of people who know each other, and each of them knows the others have been vaccinated. A group of vaccinated people in an enclosed space together do not need to wear masks. Even on a (noncommercial) airplane flight.
