(806 posts)43. Well, cars _used_ to be stinky, headache inducing fume spewers.
But California was on the forefront of fixing that, too.
Now, I do see the point that it should be up to the landlord to decide, but I also see limiting the stinky things in multi-family housing. Smokers, go outside, please!

The sprawling office complex I work in, has a smoking area way far away from doorways.
