Truly. That's their one and only domestic policy item. Pandering to covid deniers and anti-vaxxers is a small price to pay for winning enough power to pass another tax cut for the rich.

If covid kills more people, so be it. Is it that much different than how many people die from our terrible healthcare system in general?
