14. Is there any reason to believe she will caucus with another party if elected?

Sounds like the answer is a resounding "no." In that case, we don't seem to need to be worrying about this seat going into the other party's hands. Therefore, the time would be best spent getting voting rights passed, and not fighting each other in a non election year.
