Teams can encourage, cajole, force by withholding playing time, players to both get vaxxed & be careful.
If the teams choose not to take appropriate actions, let them suffer the potential economic pain by taking an unnecessary "L".
I don't even think they should make any effort to reschedule! Why should the team that's ok be inconvenienced? Give them the " W" and save the players some wear & tear.
