60. My family was looking to retire down there.

They even bought land in Waynesville to build. But after 2020 went to Trump there, and with the election of Cawthorn, they decided they can't handle being in an area overrun by Trump idiots and white nationalists, so they're looking into New England now instead. Mountains aren't as pretty (other than New Hampshire), but way way more liberal and safer with access to the best medical care in the world in Boston.
