All us kids were well within normal range, but my gods it was hard to listen to her hate herself. I made a silent and subterranean vow to never talk that way about myself or others.

Turned out one of my meds was the culprit, but over that 20 years not one damn doctor bothered to connect the dots, and I had to learn it from a lecture I went to.

One of my dearest friends in the present time has a massive and growing problem. I think that like your sister she is carrying about 200 pounds of other people’s shit. It breaks my heart, not only for her health, but for the sense of shame she feels.
