McCaffrey predicted then that the U.S. Department of Justice was going to be “hard-pressed not to consider whether this language is criminal in nature.” But no action was taken.

When is Garland going to do something about this bullshit? Even though I don't see in the article that Flynn mentioned Biden specifically, (then I'd thing the Secret Service would be having a chat with him), this is clearly inciting the lemmings to violence.
