courts are not typically willing to do with new voting methods legislation.

What would I have CONGRESS do? FORCE the issue with a combination of both pieces of legislation currently languishing WiTH additional language to outlaw the kind of post-election attempts to replace election officials AND RESULTS with R-controlled state legislature substitutions. The post-election manipulation is not yet addressed, but MUST be. And QUICKLY. Election boards will have to respond to any new legislative mandates, including using the funding to do so. This can not wait.

Carve out a voting rights exception to the filibuster and get something passed!

What would I have them do? I think I just spelled it out. Complacency will end our hope of a democracy in the future. That is not hyperbole. No one less than Marc Elias has said as much.
