48. I'm thinking the NY AG's investigation was helpful for their position on this.

If there was a thorough investigation of Trump that resulted in the same outcome they would do the same and some have called for his resignation without one.

The democrats have not been perfect on this but it seems they are trying to get it right, in my opinion.
