Guys like Ron White and Jeff Foxworthy likely have a much more conservative fan base than someone like Dave Chappelle. But I don't believe they're outwardly conservative or all that political in their acts.
Larry the Cable Guy is generally more political and certainly a conservative.
Tim Allen has been a known conservative for most his career and was a big Trump supporter during his first campaign. He's seen success both as a comedian and actor - starring in two hit sitcoms.
Roseanne is conservative now but absolutely was not one during the height of her success, so I won't count her. Dennis Miller also flipped but a bulk of his success came prior to that. However, unlike Roseanne, he's at least been able to build a career as a conservative comedian and seen relative niche success among the FOX News crowd but hardly at the level of success he saw in the 90s. So, I'd say he fits the bill still.
Norm MacDonald is another likely more conservative. But he's Canadian so who knows what his feelings are on American politics.
