48. I wasn't charged.

A few months after I got my shots I got an insurance statement showing a balance of $0. I was confused for a minute until it dawned on me that it was the vaccine.

These shots should be free. Insurance does not have to be involved in every damn thing medical. No wonder, then, that some aren’t getting it.
