type of speech impediment.
One of my friends speaks South Bostonese, when he says OMG it sounds just exactly like ermagherd.
Everyone has a hard time understanding him because his accent is so thick. Even his California born wife nods her head yes, and grunts an ocassional "uh-huh" when he is talking and she has no clue what he is saying.
