secured the rent moratorium extension, protected House members in swing districts, avoided involving the Senate, and forestalled Republican accusations of executive branch and CDC overreach, all because Brett Kavanaugh's concurring opinion in the SC decision opened the door.

And where was Leader Schumer while this was all being planned out? On the steps of the Capitol with Cori Bush, getting his picture taken and helping to keep the press distracted and busy.

I don't think it gets any more brilliant than this.
