Attacks aimed at audiences on the Left will be that she laughs about putting black people in jail. They'll use the same lies about her from when she ran for president: "Harris can be effectively neutralized from the Left as being even more pro-mass incarceration than Hillary Clinton, who never personally put anyone in prison."

Think how successful the lie about Hillary pushing the 1994 Crime Bill (when she was busy trying to pass universal health care) by saying "super predator" was, the word coined by academic John Dilulio in a 1995 essay. Hillary used the word during a press conference about organized crime and drug cartels in 1996. Nobody fact checked this! It was used to convince people on the Left (especially young people of color) not to vote for Hillary because she caused mass incarceration and was racist. They'll try to do the same for Kamala.

In the 2016 election the goal was to make the whole thing about one person: Hillary Clinton. It wasn't possible in 2020 with Joe Biden. For the next one, they'll try to make it about Kamala.
