8. Is it a scanned copy of your Vaccine Card or does it look like this ...

California uses a QR Code, so when it is scanned it looks like the above.
It requires a 4 digit code and only sends it to your personal phone.
If someone hacks your 4 digit code, only your phone will receive the QR Code.
