As for your headline — I used to work in Personnel for the Labor Relations Manager many a long year ago, and if there was one thing I learned it was the value of a paper trail. We’ve all heard of it in reference to sexual harassment cases, but it applies to all kinds of employment issues, such as being given hazardous or even illegal orders. Sometimes just called the CYA File.
