Whether it was made today, two years ago, or two years down the road. This is an Afghani issue in which we can ony be part of an international relief effort for humanitarian aid. We cannot dictate to another country how they are to run their country. Although Russia is trying to dictate how ours is run. One of the main things I like about Biden is that he is not a coward and, like Fauci, will not ask someone else to do something that he himself will not do. SOME president at SOME time had to do this. I applaud Biden's spine.
