29. I am simply saying

That I don't believe that President Biden makes 'from the hip' decisions and I would assume that even if the fall of the country happened much faster than any of the experts expected, the pull out had been announced by Trump and Biden had non un-announced it. Therefore, one could assume that sooner or later such an action would take place. So, there had to be some sense that maybe it would be a good idea to make other plans before the inevenitable happened. I am not faulting the translaters because they are only human and humans have an immense capacity to procrastinate. In a situation such as theirs, however, procrastination might not have been the best option. Just like those who were able and did not leave for Katrina, sometimes those procrastinations have very negative repercussions. Naturally, some would be unable to leave for one reason or another, but contingencies are something that most adults have learned to live with...or not.
