(42,862 posts)50. Yep... standard cash-toll booths are becoming a relic.
If the express lanes around DC can read tags and EZ-Pass devices without the need for drivers to slow down to 10MPH at a converted toll booth... then those obstacles at the Nice Bridge and Coleman Bridge will soon be going away too, I imagine.

Just stay out of those express lanes. Those prices can really bone you if you're not careful.

I would have one if I lived near and used toll roads, but I don't...so there's that...

I don't think you can drive for more than an hour (in any direction) and NOT pay a toll in PA.
